Not at all. We love pets! We do ask, however, that you secure your pet(s) prior to the arrival of our cleaning crew. Doing so will allow us to deliver quality service in a timely fashion, while ensuring the safety of your pets throughout the cleaning process.
That’s a great question, and it’s one we get a lot. The length of your cleaning appointment depends entirely on the size of your house, the requests made in the appointment and other factors that play a role in price estimation. Please note that each timeframe given, per the nature of your needs, will be based on an average cleaning time.
We pride ourselves on being timely; however, if a cleaning appointment goes over the communicated time, due to the requestor, we will bill for the extra time per our hourly rate. If the extra time doesn’t meet an hour, the charge will be prorated. If cleaning goes beyond the estimated time, and it is the fault of our cleaning crew, then you will only be charged the rate for the time that was agreed upon. If a member of our cleaning crew spends less time than expected on site, please contact us at X so that we can refund you the difference.
When the date of your appointment arrives, we ask that you be on site and available to give our cleaning crew access to the premises. If you cannot be on site, please leave explicit instructions (in the special instructions section of the order page) on how our crew can gain access to your home (e.g., doorman, lock box). If our crew member arrives at your location and they are not able to access your home, we will attempt to call you. If we cannot gain access, we will reschedule the appointment and charge you a $45 cancellation fee.
